Inspired and Empowered taught me to check every idea against four risks: value, usability, feasibility and viability.
About
AI let me test ideas on problems I had wanted to solve. Each build taught me more about using AI. It snowballs: the more I use it, the more I ask of it and the more I learn. Also a reader who keeps a second brain.

In Nov '24 I built my first app, SmartChef, by prompting an AI coding tool page by page. I had no coding background. The app reached the App Store.
My product work runs from understanding a user problem to deciding what to do and checking the result. AI helps me research, challenge assumptions and make that work easier to pick up again.
Side projects gave me room to experiment. Sparktale is live and built with a partner developer. Wellness Coach is a work in progress. I stopped Parapet with a written reason. I share what I learned alongside the tools.
What you can use
I share the files so other PMs can use them on their own work. Each tool page starts with what it fixes, then why I built it and how to copy it.
The workflow shows how I use AI across product work, with the principles behind my choices. The side projects show experiments and lessons. For help adapting a tool, message me on LinkedIn.

His newsletter is the first source my PM digest reads, twice a week.
I studied pm-skills before I wrote my own skills. I keep his product metrics guide (North Star, AARRR, HEART) in my notes.
How I AI shows people walking through their real AI workflows. I saved her 25-point framework for bringing an engineering team onto AI.
The Beautiful Mess, on how product teams work. Co-author of The North Star Playbook (2019)
